At the end of April, our Instagram account was incorrectly suspended by Meta’s automated systems. Despite months of trying to resolve the issue, we are still waiting for our account to be restored and have had very limited ability to receive updates on the process.

French Beauty Co has been in business for nine years. During that time, we’ve built an incredible community of customers and French beauty lovers, many of whom connected with us through Instagram.

For a small Australian business, losing access to a community we spent years building has had a very real impact.

But rather than wait, we’ve decided to rebuild.
