Everyone says they take a no-BS approach to skin. Most of the time, it’s a slogan. Here’s what it looks like in my treatment room.

I’m doing something a little differently for end-of-year appointments, and I want to be upfront about why.
Running a small business over Christmas is not for the faint-hearted, especially as a one-woman clinic with a calendar that fills fast. The last-minute cancellations are the hard part. A spot someone drops on the day is an empty afternoon I’ve already turned other people away for.
So this year, end-of-year appointments are paid for when you book. It holds your spot and keeps the calendar fair.
Appointments from November 9th are open now and are paid at booking. Already in the diary? I’ll invoice you to secure it, due Friday, October 30th.
None of this changes a thing for the many of you who show up and give me a heads-up when life happens. Your spot’s locked in, so December is one less thing to think about.
