My current skin care routine. Simple but effective!
I worked hard to heal my skin barrier during my pregnancies so now my skin is able to handle all of these active ingredients.
But I didn’t start here…
1. I added in the advanced night restore and I was using a hyaluronic acid and soothing cleanser only with the total day protect during the day for SPF coverage.
2. I added in the cleanser with active AHA/BHA acids to help with my congestion and enlarged pores.
3. I then swapped out my hyaluronic acid for the niacinamide/peptides.
4. Finally I swapped the total day protect SPF out for the daily radiance C with SPF.
This process took me 4 months with a course of 3 chemical peels in between to refresh the skin, support new cells/collagen and help with product absorption.
Skin care and skin treatments are not a quick fix, and if you do too much too quickly your skin may react and you won’t get the results you want.
