Cancellation Policy 🤍

As a small business, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. My bookings are often in high demand, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill your appointment, resulting in lost income.

To ensure fairness for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee.
• Within 24 hours of your appointment: $50 cancellation fee.
• Within 12 hours of your appointment: 50% of your booked service will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows: 100% of your booked service will be charged.

By booking an appointment with Si Beauty, you agree to this cancellation policy.
