It is very important to have a skin care regime when travelling don’t forget your cleanser, toner and moisturiser as the basics and you can go far!

Lemon Balm creates a beautiful essential oil. It is very expensive - the flowering tops and leaves and stems are steam stilled and the yield is only 0.5 ml of essential oil per kilogram. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Best used in facial products to treat inflamed and acne prone skins. I actually use the dried lemon balm leaves as a tea. It is also brewed into a Carmelite water to soothe stress. What an interesting world my studies are opening up for me.

Travelling with Dr Spiller must haves! A gentle exfoliation helps remove makeup and pollution! I never travel without it!
