The product that started Relief & Restore: Warming Botanical Cream.

I first developed this cream after my osteopath asked me to make something for his clinics. I wanted it to feel lovely on the skin as well as be easy to massage in. The finished cream has a smooth texture and a gentle botanical scent.

Made by hand in small batches in Tasmania’s Huon Valley, it’s now part of the Pure Living Tasmania range.

Meet Kunzea 🌿

Kunzea ambigua is an Australian native shrub with fine leaves and clusters of white flowers. It grows in parts of Tasmania, which makes it a particularly lovely botanical for me to include in Relief & Restore.

I enjoy sharing the story behind the ingredients I choose.

This parcel has a very special destination, my wonderful dad in Queensland. 💚📦

Inside are two bottles of the same botanical blend used in our Target Relief Roller, packed with love here in Tasmania.

Dad uses this blend as he says it helps give relief in his hand joints, so I’m sending him a fresh supply and a little love from his daughter.

One of my favourite things about making these products is being able to share them with the people closest to me.

Meet Relief & Restore 🌿

This new range began with a request from my osteopath for a cream to use and sell in his clinics under his name. After making and refining it, I was inspired to bring together a small collection of products for everyday massage and care to sell under my brand.

The range includes Warming Botanical Cream, Muscle & Joint Massage Oil, Magnesium Recovery Spray and a Target Relief Roller. Each is made by hand in small batches in Tasmania’s Huon Valley.
