So when an appointment is cancelled late or missed altogether, it isn’t simply an empty chair. It’s time that can’t always be filled again at short notice.

We completely understand that life happens, emergencies happen and plans sometimes change. 🤎
Our cancellation policy isn’t about being difficult. It’s about protecting our team’s time, wages and the running of the salon.

Just like a hotel room, concert ticket or flight seat, your appointment is a reservation.
