Sitting down to share this news brings a heart full of gratitude, a few tears, and an overwhelming sense of pride. After an unforgettable journey, our chapter at Mediluxe Newstead is coming to a close mid-October. 🤍

This hasn’t been an easy decision, it’s one we’ve explored for over a year. But as a founder, knowing when to pivot and allow room for future growth is everything.
From starting in our “baby clinic” at Cannon Hill to building our $400k flagship in Newstead, we went BIG when people told us to stay small. And together, we won:

Behind the scenes, we’ve lived a hundred lives, surviving floods, hail, court cases, COVID, landlord conflicts, a friendly ghost, and far too many coffees!

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:
1. Our Team Isn’t Going Anywhere: Being part of Mediluxe means family. Our entire Newstead team is being absorbed across our Cleveland and Mt Gravatt clinics. You can continue seeing your favourite therapists seamlessly!
2. Limited Appointments Remaining: Final trading dates will be mid-October. If you want to visit us at Newstead one last time, appointments are strictly limited.
3. Existing Bookings: Our EA Jessica is personally reaching out to anyone whose bookings fall past our closing date to ensure you are completely taken care of.

It’s been a minute since we pulled up a chair for a real talk… ☕️✨

2026 has been a total whirlwind. Between growing Mediluxe, running behind-the-scenes projects, and navigating the usual roller coaster of entrepreneurship, there have been massive highs, a few tricky lows, and a lot of quiet, head-down work.

Last week was a huge milestone for me. I flew down to Sydney for business meetings, catching up with dear friends, attending a gorgeous wedding, and consuming my weight in high-grade espresso (because coffee is basically half my identity at this point ☕️).

While I was away, something magical happened: our Mediluxe team had full control.
Right as I was leaving, we faced an unexpected challenge: a sudden visa issue meant one of our lovely team members had to leave the country unexpectedly. Instead of panic, our team stepped up in the most incredible way. They managed fully packed columns, reshuffled schedules seamlessly, and looked after our clients with total grace.

Watching our team hold down the fort under pressure and keep the Mediluxe standard flying high... that’s the true definition of a high for me as a founder. 💫
I’m back in QLD now, refueled, inspired, and so ready for the final quarter of the year.
