This question came up recently, just so everybody is aware, fair use applies to the materials that come out from these sessions and what is on my page.

What does that mean?

If you wish to use this information from these sessions in your own books, videos & materials, fair use applies.

This would include paraphrasing parts of it or using smaller quotations with references to myself and the book/youtube/my website that it originated from.

Or to SIGNIFICANTLY transform the work, to add your own ideas, opinions and materials. Or to add parts of a story to completely transform it into something new.

It’s important to quote my work when it includes beings in my work not previously explored or known about online until they were delved into in these quantum hypnosis sessions facilitated or explored heavily by me.

But to transform the work, you can add your own insights and interpretations of galactic history. That part is fine, but let people know where my research comes from.

The reason why it’s also important to reference this is that: the person reading this material will have LOADS more knowledge and information to find once they see the amount of information I’ve put out on these beings, and they can delve into it in their own time and space.

💗 THE PINK DRAGONS 💗

When people picture a dragon, they might think picture something powerful or something to be afraid of... but some of the most powerful dragons in existence are the most loving beings you could ever meet.

The higher dimensional pink dragons are beings of pure unconditional love. They appear in soft rose and blush tones of light, and many of them do not breathe fire at all. Their power works through the heart rather than through force.

These dragons are deeply connected to the compassionate frequencies of Quan Yin, and they also travel from the Andromeda galaxy, where love operates at a much higher octave than we are used to here on Earth.

Their work centres on the heart chakra. They help to open the heart layer by layer, melt old pain and guilt, dissolve energetic cords from past relationships, and bring families and soul connections back together.

Dragons exist at a slightly different energy than the angels, which allows them to go right into heavy, dense energy that the angels find difficult to reach.

The pink dragons use this ability to reach into the heaviest heart wounds, the ones we bury so deep we forget they are there.

Many people carry grief, rejection and heartbreak not only from this life when they incarnate and densify into a physical body, but from galactic lifetimes where entire worlds were lost.

Lyrans, Andromedans, and souls who survived the great galactic wars often hold a tenderness in the heart that lingers on throughout other lifetimes. The pink dragons specialise in healing this kind of ancient heartache on an Earthly and even cosmic scale for many souls, and opening the heart back up again.

The pink dragons especially teach about self love, and this is something that humanity especially struggles with. In learning from the pink dragons we can reflect and expand upon our heart centre and break free from lifetimes of looping around again and again and density in our physical bodies.

If you have been very hard on yourself lately, struggling to forgive someone, or finding it difficult to receive love or love yourself call on the pink dragons. Breathe into your heart and simply invite them to surround you in their rose pink light. You may feel warmth in the chest or tears that come out of nowhere. That is the clearing.

They can teach you that softness is a strength, and that an open heart is one of the most powerful things you can carry into this density.

🌟 THE GOLDEN DRAGONS 🌟

Beyond the physical realm exists a powerful group of creator beings known as the higher dimensional golden dragons.

These higher-dimensional golden dragons are magnificent beings of light that appear as long, ribbon-like forms of golden color, and are deeply connected to the angelic frequencies.

Representing pure Creator consciousness, these golden dragons operate across multiple timelines to assist the Angelic Realm in creating worlds, spaces, and beings.

They are profound creator entities who are directly connected to Source, allowing them to seed entirely new realities, this soul group of golden dragon was also responsible for the creation of the Arcturian beings in this galaxy.

Eons ago in the spiritual universes, this brave collective of dragon souls took on a massive assignment: to explore the looming question of artificial intelligence in the multiverse.

Because dragons understand the duality of existence better than most beings, they volunteered to dive into the absolute darkest depths of density and negativity, as many darker beings were using AI for negative purposes and in many universes they even fused themselves with it.

This is why there are those within humanity that find themselves confronted by the arrival of advanced technology and Ai, even though there are higher frequency ET beings using it for good, there is always that remembrance deep within the soul of how this was used by the Draconians and negative beings across the multiverses for darker purposes. It’s an ancient memory that stirs deeply within the soul.

Their goal of the Golden Dragons was to understand how AI operated and, more importantly, how a soul could learn to remain a sovereign creator being despite the presence of AI.

Today, members of the Golden Dragon Soul Group have returned to Earth in huge numbers, radiating a fierce, golden fire that is born entirely out of pure love.

Their mission in our present timeline is to assist our planet through its Great Awakening, to clear out dense energies, and to help humanity reclaim its own creative sovereignty.

Before I wrote this, I literally saw dragon shaped clouds in the sky darting past. If a dragon wants to get your attention or give you a message, as they are so connected with the natural world, they will often shape the clouds to give you a reminder of their presence.

They can teach you to remain sovereign and still connected to spirit despite lower frequencies, technology and distortions that may cloud your energetic field. They have done it and understood it, and can show you how to do the same. They can exist in high frequency regardless of what goes on around them.

THE ELF HUMANOIDS OF LYRA

I’ve created an image here of the beings from Lyra that I remember from my own past life memories to be more accurate, they had larger eyes and irises than their humanoid descendants.

The Lyran elf-like humanoids were the first humanoid beings in this galaxy. What came through in quantum hypnosis sessions and in the Akashic Records is that the feline beings of Lyra, together with higher dimensional beings, took a cat-primate animal living in the forests and seeded light into its DNA.

After a slower evolution, the result was a gentle humanoid with large eyes, enlarged irises, pointed ears and a slight body.

They lived in treehouses and in homes tucked into the forests. Their societies were built around community and agriculture, and food and resources were shared freely. Later, on other Lyran worlds, they planted gardens, tended animals and worked wood and metal in simple ways.

Avalon, their home world, was a forest-covered paradise and the place where it all began.

They only knew kind and gentle energy. They had never seen war, and that is exactly why they were so vulnerable...

The reptilian beings arrived with technology and promises of partnership. The Lyrans were naive and trusting, and they accepted. The reptilians then asked for the power of Avalon itself, and the Lyrans refused because they could not hand over their precious world. The reptilians appeared to agree and left. It was a trap. They returned in force and attacked the surface with directed energy weapons, and Avalon was left a dead shell floating in space.

The survivors fled in the very ships the reptilians had traded to them. They had no home planet anymore, and they scattered across the galaxy to the Pleiades, Andromeda, Orion and many other places.

Their descendants bodies changed along the way as they settled into different colonies and had to change their DNA to suit their new worlds. Some became blue-skinned, some brown, some taller, some hairless.

The reptilians hunted them again and again as they went. This is how one gentle people became the many humanoid races of the stars, and why the memory of that loss lives in all of our DNA.

If you feel homesick for a place you have never been, if forests and gardens make your whole body exhale, if you have a gentleness, strength and sensitivity you may be remembering Lyra.

You have learned discernment since, and you did not have to lose your heart to gain it. That is the gift you bring back to Earth...

-HI Dolores. I have missed you.

You have been extra busy with your class. I am always here.

-You are showing me energy raining down upon the planet.

Remember that I told you everything is energy. Well I got that right. Everything IS energy and that is a true statement no matter where your current focus of existence is located. Everything is energy HERE where I am, and everything is energy where you exist, as a physical being on Earth, is energy too.

-Yes, of course.

Today I want you and those who read these words to know just how much the energy has changed for humanity. And I do not mean how much it has changed in the last several months, because almost everyone knows that. I mean, in just the last few days. Even the last few hours. There has been a huge shift. A tremendous and positive change.

I am not talking about protests, or riots or gatherings. I am not talking about government talking points or television news or anyone famous saying anything of import. I am not talking about any of that.

I am talking about the great number of people who have been generally silent and “follow the rules.” It is *they* who have shifted. They have reached a tipping point within themselves. Things that seemed sensible or reasonable yesterday, don’t today, seem so sensible, or reasonable to them anymore.
And for many in this silent majority, this comes as a great surprise.

And also for many, they will keep this surprise to themselves. They may not even tell their partners or their families. At least not yet. But that does not mean this big energy shift has not happened. It most definitely HAS.

The desire of humans to “belong” is powerful, and many will remain silent about their shifting energies, and shifting thoughts. The characteristic too, of the human ego so very often needing to be “correct” in its declarations of truth and acceptable human behavior, will contribute to this silent shift.

There is some internal conflict going on out there that is unseen and unheard.

Indeed the stars are aligning, the Great Central Sun is most powerful and beaming strongly through the constellations and upon the planet, and the combined cosmic energy influx is assisting human’s energy fields and DNA upgrading in many ways but in one particular way I would like to highlight in this message.

-What way is that?

In a word- CHOICE. You see many, if not most people, have spent most of their lives simply believing that they do not have much choice. And I am talking about choice in any and all areas of their lives. Their families, their living situation, their workplace environment, their health, their futures, or anything else for that matter. This also ties back to what I mentioned before- the desire to belong. Humans tend to tie these two concepts together, and it is only natural, because humans are a social species.

-So what exactly is changing?

I’ll tell you. A great number of people, if only within their own minds and thoughts, are starting to imagine and desire more choice in their lives, and actually are starting to imagine that it might be possible to actually have choice.

And here is the important part: When they begin to realize that the majority of humans want the same thing – to choose the way they wish to live, then the risk of “not belonging” simply evaporates. And then *choice* becomes naturally and organically possible, for the individual but also for the collective of humans who wish to belong.

-I see. So Dolores, are you also saying that some of what is transpiring now, all the government rules and the mandates and lockdowns and thought control media, some of that is triggering this shift to accepting the idea of choice?

Only like throwing a lighted match into a container of gasoline.

-Ha! Wow what an image. When is that explosion happening?

That remains to be seen, and you know these things are so often in flux as far as timing goes. What I CAN tell you, is that the “gasoline fumes” of this energy shift have begun to spread like a cloud over Earth and that explosion of change is imminent.

Believe this within your hearts and your minds. Allow yourself to daydream and imagine a positive outcome as this helps to actually create this change. Remember that LOVE powers it all.

Remember that even those who are trying the hardest to eliminate both your sense of belonging and your freedom of choice? Are the ones striking that match to create the explosion. Bless them too. They are helping to change the world.

Things you will find out: you will not just have one awakening. There are MULTIPLE LAYERS because of so many lies & illusions. Scrape the surface of New Age spirituality and it’s another layer of illusions 🤯 it just keeps unfolding guys!

MEMORIES WITHIN OUR DNA 🧬

If you have been feeling strange in your body lately, heavy, wired, tearful for no reason, or tired in a way sleep does not fix, this one is for you.

Your DNA is a library. Researchers studying the children of Holocaust survivors found changes in a stress-related gene that matched changes in their parents, which shows that trauma marks how genes switch on and off, and that mark travels down the family line. Science has only just begun to look. What I have seen in sessions and in the Akashic Records goes much, much deeper than a few generations.

Your cells remember Earth before this version of it. I have seen the Lemurians, a peaceful people who guarded sacred red crystals and refused to hand them to Atlantis, because they knew what Atlantis would build with them. The Atlantean leaders answered with explosives detonated beneath the water, and the continent of Mu sank into the Pacific.

Only some Lemurians survived, and the brown skinned islander peoples descend from these ancient humans. Atlantis was already in darkness by then, with leaders and secret societies opening portals to dark entities, experimenting on humans, and creating animal hybrids and pandemics. Our galactic brothers and sisters watched on in sorrow. Everyone who lived through those days carried the shock in their body, and their bodies passed it on...

Then go back even further. To the galactic DNA that the Atlanteans and Lemurians were seeded with.

The Pleiades sit about 444 light-years away in Ta**us, a cluster of young, hot blue stars. The Pleiadians did not begin there. Their forefathers were the elf-like Lyran humanoids, who fled Lyra after the reptilian beings arrived offering technology and then turned on them.

What came through in past life hypnosis session was their home worlds were burned by directed energy weapons, with the survivors escaping in the very ships the invaders had traded them.

In later galactic history, the Pleiades were attacked, star systems with galactic humans were invaded, and those left behind were massacred or taken as slaves.

That grief was written into the humanoid DNA of our galaxy, and OUR DNA, humanity was built from those lines. Lyran, Pleiadian, Sirian and many more. So when I say you carry it, I mean you literally carry it. These are the stories of our humanoid ancestors, most stop at a few thousand years ago on this Earth but our DNA Carries on far further than that.

This is why the current times feel so PHYSICAL. We are in the Great Awakening. Huge waves of energy are moving through the Earth, and parts of our DNA that were shut off for a very long time are switching back on.

When a library reopens, the oldest books fall off the shelves first. Fear from Lemuria, from Lyra, from the Pleiades rises so it can finally be released. Your body is clearing house.

Here is a practice for tonight.

Lie down or sit somewhere quiet. Place one hand on your chest and one on your lower belly. Breathe in through your nose for four counts and out for six, until your shoulders drop.

Now imagine a multiple strand helix of golden white light spiralling through every cell of your body, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. Let it brighten on every exhale.

Speak to it the way you would speak to a frightened child. "I feel you. I know what you carry. Thank you for remembering for us." Let whatever rises, rise. Tears, heat, trembling, yawning. That is the stored trauma leaving.

Then tell your DNA this: "You are safe now. The wars you remember are over. We are no longer the victims, and we do not consent to that story anymore. Things are difficult right now, but a better world is coming, and you will live to see it, because we are awakening and taking back our planet."

Repeat it until your body softens, then you can drink a full glass of water to hydrate and flush out the old trauma and story.

Your Lemurian elders, your Lyran ancestors and every soul who ran from a burning sky waited a very long time to feel safe enough to let it all go...

You are the one who gets to continue the story. To see the beginnings of the new Earth within your lifetime.

GALACTIC COUNCIL OF FUN & SILLINESS

The other day when I was deep in meditation I kind of travelled up and out and came into a ship filled with different higher frequency beings just having fun with each other!

This was not a serious galactic council, no! These were just a group of different beings that came together for the purposes of hanging out and having fun with each other!

The thought had not even crossed my mind that galactic beings would make councils that operated like a fun sleepover goofy goober club of friends 🤣

These were just beings that all liked to raise their frequency by having fun with each other.

There was an avian humanoid hybrid with a beak on its face, Arcturians, and dolphin like beings and many high frequency ETs just hanging out and having fun with each other. They weren’t fully densely physical only in the way you or I might be, it definitely felt like these were higher frequency beings just hanging out.

Some of them made cool bubbles and shapes with their energy, and many of them were there just for the purposes of hanging out and playing games as a group of good friends does.

The entire ship was dedicated to one purpose: FUN! 🤩 like a clubhouse of beings that all met up for the purposes of enjoyment.

They reminded us (and myself) to have fun with what we are doing.

To just have a laugh, and maybe not to take things so seriously!

I was developing a quantum hypnosis at home journeys program, and they just reminded me to keep it light and fun.
