Emberdune Massage Studios

It's tiring carrying the mental load, and it's surprising how much of it shows up physically. Maybe it's your shoulders creeping up towards your ears or a jaw you didn't realise you were clenching.

Noticing where you carry it is a good place to start. From there, massage can help.

Whether you're visiting family, heading to the coast or going west, most trips mean a big drive on rough roads.

After a long trip, this is what I see most in studio:
🔸 Stiff hips from prolonged sitting.
🔸 Lower back discomfort from all the bumps.
🔸 Tight neck & shoulders from holding the wheel.

If you have time to take a break on your journey, do it. It helps reduce driver fatigue and gives your body a chance to move, so you arrive ready to unpack, catch up and enjoy what comes next.

I hear this from my regular clients a lot.

Long work days, big weekends, running around after everyone else. Life's busy, and sometimes it isn't until they stop and are on the table that they notice how much tension has built up.

Luckily, they're already in the right place to manage the small stuff before it becomes a bigger issue.

This week's appointments filled up over the weekend, and I'm now fully booked for the next few weeks.

My next available appointments are:
🔸️Athletica Studio: Mon 26 October, 4pm
🔸️The Original Studio: Wed 4 November, 2:45pm

I know that's a little while away. If you'd like to get in sooner, you can join my waitlist through the booking link in my bio or your client portal. Otherwise check online regularly as cancellation spots can pop up.

I'll be doing something a little different for the second week of the school holidays.

I'll be working from The Original Studio on Tuesday and Thursday. If you've been waiting to book there, then this is your chance.

Book through the link in my bio.

Flood Update - Athletica Studio

The water is slowly receding and I’m hopeful we’ll be able to access the studio soon to see what needs to be done.

All appointments will continue at The Original Studio – 8 Zanoni Street until further notice.

Flood Update – Athletica Studio Closed

Due to flooding, the Athletica Studio is closed until further notice.

All upcoming appointments will be moved to The Original Studio at 8 Zanoni Street.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we wait for the flooding to peak and begin the clean-up process.

Flood Update – Studio Location

A bit too much water around means my Athletic Studio is temporarily closed due to flooding. The good news is I have a backup!

All appointments for the remainder of this week will be held at the Original Emberdune Studio – 8 Zanoni Street.

Clients with bookings will receive an email and text to confirm the change. If you do have a booking and can no longer attend please let me know.

Photo is from Max Fitness/Athletic Studio front parking lot at 6am this morning - water was still rising and has yet to peak.
