We’re honestly devastated.
We put our heart and soul into caring for every person who walks through our doors. We listen, we support, we offer heavily discounted packages, and sometimes we even trust people enough to provide treatment before their payment has been finalised.
We do that because we’re kind. Because we care. And because we genuinely want to help.
But when someone accepts that kindness, receives their treatment and then fails to honour the payment they agreed to, it hurts.
Cancelling future appointments doesn’t erase the treatment already provided. Our therapists’ time has already been given. Our equipment and consumables have already been used. Our wages, rent and operating costs still have to be paid.
We may have six clinics, but we are still a small, family-owned business—not a huge corporation. Behind every appointment is a team of real people who work incredibly hard and genuinely care about achieving beautiful results for our patients.
It’s devastating when our kindness is mistaken for weakness and our trust is taken advantage of.
We will always lead with compassion—but we also have a responsibility to protect our team and our business. Sadly, experiences like this mean we can no longer provide treatments before payment has been made in full.
