A little payment update

From 1st October, there will be a small change to the way payments are accepted at Beauty on Fleek.

After giving it a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to move away from card payments rather than increasing my service prices to help cover ongoing processing costs.

Moving forward, payment will be available via PayID, bank transfer or cash.

I completely understand that card payments can be convenient, so I really appreciate your understanding and support as I make this change.

As a small business, every appointment and every client who chooses to sit in my chair means so much to me. My priority will always be providing you with quality services, products and a comfortable experience while keeping my pricing as fair as I can.

Beauty on Fleek has won the Local Business Award for Outstanding Beauty Services — Lash & Brows! 🏆

I honestly cannot believe I’m writing this.

7 years in business.
7 years of learning, growing, doubting myself, pushing through, celebrating the little wins and continuing to show up for something I truly love.

Beauty on Fleek started as one person, working from a little home salon with a dream. Never in a million years did I imagine that one day I would be standing on a stage accepting an award for the business I built.

And to make this moment even more special… this was my very first year entering the Local Business Awards , and I WON.

I was surrounded by some incredibly talented lash and brow artists and businesses, and I want to congratulate every finalist. To be recognised alongside so many talented people in our industry is an achievement in itself.

Right now, I’m feeling ALL the emotions. I’m shocked. I’m excited. I’m incredibly grateful… but I’m also allowing myself to feel something I don’t always stop and acknowledge:

I’m really proud.

Proud of how far this little business has come. Proud that I kept going. Proud of the standard of work and experience I’ve worked so hard to create over the past seven years.

But this award doesn’t happen without YOU.

To every client who has trusted me with their lashes and brows, every person who voted, shared my posts, recommended Beauty on Fleek, booked an appointment, returned again and again, or simply supported my little dream — thank you.

You have given me the opportunity to do something I genuinely love: helping women walk out of my salon feeling beautiful, confident and like the best version of themselves.

That alone has always felt like a win to me.

This award is the bonus. 🏆

To be recognised for something I have poured so much of myself into is a feeling I’ll never forget.
