With Summer nearly upon us, I would love to remind my clients to be mindful of sun exposure after a massage.
Some essential oils are photo sensitive and may make it easier for you to burn so if you are concerned cover up or just wash off when you get home. The brands of oils I use are high quality Ahimsa (Brisbane based some are organic) DōTERRA blends Aromatouch & Lavender Peace all applied with eithet fractionated coconut or grapeseed oil.
If you have a favourite oil I am happy to use this in your massage.

This is an AI image created with my instruction after an energy session I had with a client over a year ago.
This energy session a beautiful little soul came through in her mother‘s pre-pregnancy energy session, she hovered above her Mum. This very chatty little soul was very keen to join her parents Earthside she indicated during this session that she was three weeks or three months away from conception.
After this session her mum messaged me 3 weeks later with a positive pregnancy test.
Today I got to meet this beautiful eight month old smiley giggly little lady. It was incredibly beautiful and a joyous moment as we both recognised each other.
My heart is so full and overflowing with immense gratitude that I get to do the work I do and meet the most amazing souls every day. Thank you to her parents for bringing her in. You have made my week, my year.

Pinch and a punch it’s 1st of the Month. These energies have been intense for the last few weeks.
Who has had unusual tummy issues? A lot of releasing.
It is like October is priming us for a dry November.
Really weird energy this last full moon, was it because the spring equinox occurred during the week. Lots of synchronicities but equal amounts of things not falling into place. Frustrating at times.
