A Remedial Massage can be AMAZING.
There are multiple positive effects, not just in the areas massaged but beyond that, in a physiological, hormonal and neurological sense. After all they are all parts of one system.
Im not saying a massage will fix any particular medical condition, but a skilled Remedial Massage therapist sees a bigger picture and can provide a treatment plan that addresses the whole person as well as the particular issue they are complaing of. Which can help set up a better environment for recovery and healing.
