Being a Clinical Educator means my own education never stops.

Continuing to develop my knowledge, refine technique and stay current with evolving approaches in medical aesthetics is an important part of both my clinical practice and my role in training and educating healthcare professionals.

This illustration demonstrates the Multi Vector (MV) Lip Technique, developed by Dr Marcel Vinicius A. Menezes and colleagues and published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology in 2025.

The technique uses a geometric, anatomy-based approach to assist with assessment, treatment planning and injection guidance.

I’ll also have the opportunity to incorporate this technique into my clinical education with HCPs — focusing not simply on where or how to inject, but on the clinical reasoning behind treatment: anatomy, individual assessment, appropriate product selection, injection planes and patient safety.

I love that my role allows me to take what I continue to learn clinically and translate it into education that supports other healthcare professionals in developing their own knowledge and skills.

Six years ago, JBH Aesthetics was my baby — a vision I had for creating a clinic that combined expertise, genuine care and a space I could truly be proud of.

Watching it grow into what it is today is something I don’t think I’ll ever take for granted.
