Regular no-contact now-shows will now be slapped with a no-show fee next appointment. ($20)
Each booking slot takes time and resource from me, and if there is a no show - there is a slot that has been taken that could have gone to someone who showed up for their beautiful tan. Im fully aware that life happens, but I do appreciate as much notice as possible - and at the very least an explanation.
