30 Days to go until ALL HALLOWS EVE...

Here's a little history on how it came to be...

Halloween originally started as the ancient Celtic pagan festival of Samhain (pronounced sow-in)/ Beltane in the southern hemisphere.
It marked the end of the harvest season and the beginning of the new year on November 1st.

The Purpose of Samhain:

🎃 Marking the Seasonal Shift: It celebrated the transition from warm summer and harvest to the dark, cold winter, a time often linked to death.

👻 Bridging Worlds: People believed the boundary between the worlds of the living and the dead blurred on the night of October 31st, allowing ghosts to return to Earth.

🔥 Wardings and Sacrifices: Celts lit huge sacred bonfires, burned crops and animals as offerings to deities, and wore disguises (like animal skins) to trick returning spirits into thinking they were fellow ghosts so they would be left alone.

🔮 Seeking Guidance: Priests used the atmosphere of the festival to predict future events, giving people comfort about surviving the harsh winter.

Christian Evolution:

✨️In the 8th century, the Catholic Church designated November 1st as All Saints' Day (or All Hallows' Day) to honor saints and martyrs.

🙏 Prayer for the Dead: The night before—October 31st—became known as All Hallows' Eve, evolving into a time to remember the dead, pray for souls, and blend old seasonal customs with Christian traditions

Hi beautiful souls,

I wanted to share something I’ve been quietly creating with my close friend Jess…

We’re holding a Flower Moon ceremony next Sat May 2nd, to work with the Full Moon in Scorpio and it felt really important to open this space to you.

This isn’t a workshop or something to learn.

It’s a ceremony.
A space to slow down…
to reconnect with your body…
and to gently explore whatever is moving within you.

A space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

Where you can just be and be supported in that.

We’ll be working with the energy of the Flower Moon — a time of release, renewal, and quiet transformation 🌕

We’re keeping the circle small and intentional (just 10 people), and a few spots have already been taken.

If this is something you feel called to, you are so welcome in this space 💛

You can message me for more details or book here:

Calling all the Ta**us witches.

Ta**us (April 20 – May 20)

Is an Earth sign ruled by Venus, known for its grounded, sensual, and patient nature. To align with Ta**us energy, it is best to focus on themes of luxury, stability, and nature, often incorporating earthy tones and soft, romantic colors.

Ta**us Colours: 💚🩷🤎🧡

Green: The primary power color for Ta**us, representing growth, fertility, and a deep connection to nature. Shades like emerald, olive, and forest green are particularly effective for fostering stability and peace.

Soft Pink: Reflects the Venusian, romantic, and nurturing side of Ta**us. It is often used to bring comfort and a touch of elegance to the environment.

Earth Tones: Browns, terracottas, and creamy neutrals are also ideal, providing a sense of comfort, reliability, and security.

Colors to Avoid: Bright red or purple, which can feel too energetic or "loud" for a Ta**us, disrupting their calm, steady nature.

Ta**us Rituals
Ta**us rituals focus on indulgence, nature, and creating a stable, comfortable environment.

Sensual Self-Care: Ta**us rules the throat and neck. A luxurious ritual includes moisturizing the neck and body with rich oils or using a dry brush for exfoliation.

Grounding in Nature: Barefoot walks (earthing), gardening, or spending time in a quiet park helps Taureans connect with their element.

Abundance & Finance: Cleaning out the wallet, auditing bank accounts, and organizing receipts under a new moon to respect money and invite further abundance.
Culinary Indulgence: Cooking a slow-made, hearty, and nutritious meal, focusing on the sensory experience of tasting and smelling.

Creating a "Cozy" Space: Updating the bedroom with fresh linen, plants, and soft textures (like velvet or silk) to ensure a comfortable sanctuary.
Crystals for Rituals: Using Emerald or Malachite for heart-centered healing and luxury; Rose Quartz for self-love; and Green Aventurine for attracting prosperity.
