🚨IMPORTANT UPDATE 🚨
After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision that as of June 1st, I’ll be stepping back from full-time hairdressing and will only be working Saturdays for my regular existing clients. 💛
I’ll also no longer be taking on any new clients moving forward, as my availability will be very limited.
This post is honestly so hard for me to write, because Tyson’s Hair has been such a huge part of my life for so many years. What started as a dream turned into something more successful than I ever could have imagined, and I’m so incredibly proud of everything I’ve achieved through my salon.
But more than the business itself, I’m most grateful for the people behind it, my clients. So many of you became more than “just clients.” You became part of my weekly routine, my safe space, my support system, and over time, genuine friends. Thank you for every appointment, every conversation, every laugh, every recommendation, every bit of support, and for trusting me with your hair and your confidence over the years.
You’ve supported me through so many stages of my life, and I honestly don’t think I could ever fully explain how much that has meant to me.
This decision definitely hasn’t been easy, but I know in my heart it’s time for a new chapter and a change in direction. While I’m sad to close this chapter of my life, I’ll always look back on it with so much love and gratitude.
To everyone who has ever supported Tyson’s Hair, thank you from the bottom of my heart. It’s been such an honour. ✨

❌ Any requests for deposits from this person are fraudulent

✨ Important Booking Update – Please Read ✨
Unfortunately, so far this year I have already had 3 no-shows for chemical straightening appointments. These services require extended time, preparation, and commitment, and no-shows significantly impact my business and other clients who miss out on available spots.
To put it into perspective, this has resulted in over $1,600 in lost bookings.
Moving forward, all Japanese/chemical straightening appointments will require a deposit to secure the booking. This helps ensure commitment and allows me to continue providing the highest level of service to everyone.
