MEDITATE + MANIFEST NIGHTS 🔮🌹 | Join us for an evening to nourish our inner world so that we can get out of our own way and follow the things that truly light us up ❤️

Monday 19th October 6.45pm - 7.45pm inside CeCe's Childwall I will be guiding you through a 60 minute session to declutter your mind, create a clear vision for your goal and to become that woman right now through aligning your energy - THIS IS HOW WE MANIFEST ✨

Simplicity is key. Pleasure is key. Intentional living is key.

Magnetic Mondays are for women in Liverpool who want to meet new girls, give themselves more time, grow and genuinely feel good about who they are and who they are becoming.

Lymphatic isn’t about looking snatched, even though that can be a result.

It’s about taking care of your body and respecting how you treat your body. Your lifestyle, food you eat, and loving yourself enough to eliminate what’s making you stressed.

A glowing healthy mind and body is the result of a woman who takes care of her health and lymphatic massage is a crucial part of giving your body what it needs 🤎

YOUR BODY NEEDS A RESET. ✨

And honestly?

Lymphatic drainage + energy work is the combination I didn’t know I needed until I started doing it.

Because your body doesn’t just hold tension physically.

It holds stress.
Overwhelm.
Emotions.
Stagnant energy.
All the things you’ve been carrying whilst still getting on with life.

Lymphatic drainage works with the physical body — encouraging circulation of lymph and helping you feel lighter, less puffy and more relaxed.

Energy work allows you to slow down, switch off and create space to release what you no longer need to hold onto.

Together? It’s a whole body mind and soul reset.

You leave feeling lighter.
Clearer.
More grounded.
More connected to yourself.

And I think this is exactly what so many women need.

Not another thing to DO.

A space to receive.

A space to breathe.

A space to come back to yourself.

If your body has been asking you to slow down…

this is your sign.

DM me RESET to book your session. ✨

Feels like a good week to be gasoline ⛽️ 🔥

✨ LYMPHATIC MASSAGE COMING SOON ✨- my goal is to help you reconnect and understand your own body.

Did you know stress and suppressing your emotions gets stored in the physical body and literally changes your physical appearance.

You look puffy, feel drained and that glow in your eyes starts to fade✨

Helping you to look and feel more sculpted is just the end result of a woman who finally feels safe and connected to her body again.

I am looking for 5 models in October for LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE x BODY RESET - FREE of charge!!!

This combination package will be £120 so grab your space today!

Must commit to appointment.
Must be ok with before & after.
Must be ok giving testimonial.

DM “LYMPHATIC” to claim spot .
