Many of our long-time customers will remember Helen, one of my very first staff members at Shu Ying Massage. She has since moved to Gladstone and is now the proud owner of her own professional massage business, Gladstone Valley Massage. 🥰

🌴 Originally from the beautiful island of Samoa, Fia brings with her a warm, friendly personality and a strong belief that “the way to leadership is through service.” 🤝

For Fia, caring for others is something she truly enjoys — she believes service is one of her love languages. 🥰

💆🏽‍♀️ She enjoys providing Relaxation Massage and Remedial Massage, helping clients feel more comfortable, relaxed and refreshed.

✨ Fia has many years of experience working in a spa environment, particularly in customer service, along with 4 years of hands-on experience as a massage therapist.

🌺 Fia’s a permanent resident of Australia. She loves Australia 🇦🇺, especially its beautiful beaches and the simple, relaxed lifestyle. She is proud to share a little of her beautiful Samoan culture and island spirit with our Bundaberg community. 🌴❤️

I know some of our regular customers have been wondering about our team member Kob, including why she stopped working at Shu Ying Massage on Sunday, 6 September, and what she is doing now.

We’d like to clarify the situation from our point of view and share our perspective of the situation, as there has been some conflicting rumours circulating online.

Kob told us that she would be finishing up at Shu Ying Massage as massage work had become too physically demanding for her and that she was having difficulty with movement on the left side of her body. She also said that she was interested in a career change to a totally different field, and was looking to pursue vocational studies in her spare time.

Based on what Kob personally told me, this was my understanding of her situation when she left Shu Ying Massage.

Kob was a valued part of our team for many years and we would like to sincerely wish her all the best with her future plans, and we truly hope everything goes well for her. ❤️
