Happy new year! …happy start of March. Gosh the end of last year flew by - here’s a bit of what I’ve been up to!

🏡 Inside renos 90% finished, we moved in just before Christmas (because we love doing big life things at the busiest times 🤣)
☀️ Couple of trips south, beach times, lots of hanging with friends - all the things we moved back to Perth for!
👦 Toby started walking just before his first birthday, and is now a certified toddler 🥲🥲
📕 Not pictured: still doing 3 shifts a week at Marslen Chiro! Now Tuesday AM, Thursday PM, and alternate Friday and Saturday AM. For bookings check the online booking via our website - if there’s nothing available (I’m mostly fully booked) give us a call at the front desk. Some days I can stay later / start earlier, some days I can’t, just depends on childcare etc. I’ll do my best!

The end of 2025 was an absolute whirlwind with the push to finish the house enough to move in, but I’m so glad we did. The floorboards, the new kitchen, the nice creamy walls… it’s lovely to come home to a calming space. As calming as it can be with duplo and trucks all over the floor anyway!

I’m considering new offerings for this year - a mini stress reduction / nervous system regulating course? Bring back stress talks? The educational mothers group I keep mentioning? Stay tuned!!

For now though I’m still mostly on Toby time, so slow and steady is the mantra for 2026 ☺️
