Bridgette lost all her hair after her breast cancer diagnosis and her chemotherapy treatment, loosing your hair I’m told can be the worst part of fighting the disease. This was hands down was the most moving transformation I have ever done, such a beautiful young women, who’s whole identity was taken away when she lost her hair. To give Bridget her beautiful long hair back was an honour and a privilege this is a moment I will never forget.

Consultation, communication and connection!
I have a saying that goes no matter how technically correct a haircut, colour or style is if you don’t communicate effectively and get on the same level as your client they will not be happy. Communication is 80% of what we do and 20% is skill and technique. At the end of the day if the person paying doesn’t like what you’ve done they’re not staying loyal.
All experiences with Only Jess come with open honest heartfelt communication and connection and some good old-fashioned skill and labour.
