Today marks the 1st of June — the first day of Winter here in Australia and the first day of Summer for many of my overseas friends.
It's certainly feeling a little cooler here this morning, but there's something refreshing about the start of a new season and a brand-new month.
As we step into the second half of 2026, remember that every day is a chance to reset, refocus, and move forward. If the first half of the year has been a little wonky, don't stress. Take a deep breath, get those ducks in a row, and keep moving toward your goals.
