As the next generation of designers took to the runway at King George Square, our ISSADA Professional Makeup Artists worked behind the scenes to create polished, runway-ready beauty looks that complemented each collection while allowing the individuality of every model and designer vision to shine.

Day 2 at Brisbane Fashion Festival and the runway beauty began long before the first walk. 👠
Backstage at King George Square, our ISSADA Professional Makeup Artists were busy preparing models for two spectacular shows: the W Brisbane Fashion Show, followed by the iconic Carla Zampatti Runway.
From perfected complexions and refined skin finishes to the final touches before each model stepped onto the runway, the ISSADA team worked behind the scenes to bring every beauty look together and complement each designer’s vision.
It was an incredible evening celebrating Australian fashion, creativity and craftsmanship, and we were proud to play our part in creating the runway beauty for Day 2 of Brisbane Fashion Festival 2026.

What an incredible night of Australian fashion at King George Square. 👠
The evening opened with the W Brisbane Fashion Show, bringing together an exciting lineup of leading Queensland and Australian designers, retailers and new-season collections, before Carla Zampatti took centre stage for a stand-alone runway celebrating more than six decades of iconic Australian design.
Behind every runway moment, our ISSADA Professional Makeup Artists worked to create polished, camera-ready beauty looks designed to complement the collections while allowing each model’s natural features to shine. 🎬

Day 1 of Brisbane Fashion Festival 2026 👠 We’re kicking off an exciting week of fashion with the Fashion Brunch and Designer Salon Showing, presented by QueensPlaza, Wintergarden & Edward Street Brisbane at W Brisbane.
