I see artists working hard on content while their commercial fundamentals: pricing, retention, rebooking behaviour, how clients move through the business, and how money is sustained - never really get examined. Content keeps things moving just enough that those gaps don’t have to be faced.

That’s why this is uncomfortable.
Because if content wasn’t the focus, you’d have to look at what’s really making clients choose you and that’s a harder place to look.
