Harvard Publishes a Longevity Report for the General Public 01/06/2026

A GREAT START! KEEP GOING!!!💥😍

Harvard Publishes a Longevity Report for the General Public

A very basic report for us Longevity Enthusiasts and Biohackers - but as a Clinical Longevity Practitioner - it is a great step in educating and inspiring our Families and Community to make changes and live longer and more fulfilling lives.

Information and Research missing from the Report that I focus on with all my Patients -

✅ Sun Exposure and Vitamin D intake
✅ Working less than 35 hours a week
✅ Microbiome Diversity and Richness
✅ Daily intake of 600 grams of colourful non-starchy plants
✅ 3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil daily
✅ Crucial Longevity molecules - Green Tea, Magnesium, Berberine, Resveratrol, Sulforaphane, Taurine, GInseng, Quercetin, B3, Creatine

All of these Clinically shift the dial for life extension and can reverse or prevent chronic diseases.

Let's all keep working on becoming Centenarians and inspiring others to live long and prosperous lives! 💯

Harvard Publishes a Longevity Report for the General Public The report, “Pathways to Longevity”, introduces several important longevity concepts to the general reader and is another sign that the field is coming of age.

New Insights Into Aging: Not All Telomeres Are The Same 02/10/2024

Longevity and Anti-Ageing reseach is coming ahead in leaps and bounds! But it is still in it's infancy. There's still so much we don't know.

Take Telomeres for example - new studies have just discovered that Telomere length varies from chromosome to chromosome. This makes it difficult to determine your biological age or how close you are to disease or death.

Therefore - my focus is on 'upregulating' and 'modulating' TELOMERASE - the enzyme that repairs and protects your Telomeres.

You must work on preventing the premature shortening of your 'chomosomal endcaps' and promote the regenerative capabilities of your Telomeres.

I use therapuetic doses of Withania, Astragalus, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Ginseng, Green Tea, Allium, and St Marys Thistle to protect and lengthen your Telomeres.

Here is a simple explanation of the importance of Telomere therapy in Longevity medicine -

"Not all telomeres are the same length or degrade at the same rate, which significantly impacts diseases and longevity. Shorter telomeres are associated with ageing and an increased risk of age-related diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders. Uneven telomere shortening can lead to genomic instability, contributing to cell senescence or apoptosis. Conversely, maintaining telomere length may promote cellular health and longevity, potentially reducing the onset of certain diseases".

New Insights Into Aging: Not All Telomeres Are The Same Turns out, not all telomeres —the protective caps at the ends of our chromosomes— are the same: some are naturally shorter than others. What does this mean for aging?

These are my 💥favourite biomarkers to test to predict future development of disease and individualise treatments to slow the pace of ageing.

✅ Intracellular NAD levels
✅ Vitamin D
✅ Inflammation markers (CRP, ESR, Homocysteine, Cytokines,TNF)
✅ Glutathione and 8-OHdG (redox balance and free radical damage)
✅ Magnesium
✅ Lipid panel (metabolid dysfunction and cardiovascular health)
✅ Fasting Glucose and Uric Acid (metabolic issues)
✅ Creatine Kinase (tissue damage)

Make sure you ask your GP for these every year, or order them yourself online through iMedical. I provide home mitochondrial NAD testing kits on my website shopping cart.

Healthy and youthful over💯

I get a lot of enquiries each week about what I do in my Longevity Clinic.

I mostly work with people that want Life Extension 'DFY' (Done For You), not people that are 'DIY' (Do It Yourself).

Consultations include - Testing, measuring, lifestyle assessments, prescibing targeted molecules for each individual, educating, inspiring, helping to create the best Longevity Lifestyle.

Regular tests include -

✅ Mitochondrial NAD levels,
✅ Cytokine panels,
✅ Biological age,
✅ Pace of Ageing,
✅ Telomerase, metabolic, immune, and gut health,
✅ Longevity pathology biomarkers,
✅ Cellular function,
✅ Lifestyle assessments,
✅ Sub-Health markers.

We should all be taking the following molecules - these are Longevity Gene Network Activators to impact all 9 Hallmarks of Ageing. 💯

🧬 Astragalus,
🦠 Fucus Versiculosis (Fucoidan),
💥 NAD boosters,
🥦 Activated sulforaphane,
🧬 Withania,
🧬 Magnesium,
🫚Curcumin,
🍵 EGCG,
🧬 Selenium,
🌞 D,
🍇 Resveratrol,
🫒 Olive oil.

Autophagy, Sirtuin activation, telomerase activity, stem cell release, Nrf2 regulation, mitochondrial regenesis, regulation of FOXO/AMPK/mTOr etc, inflammation control, microbiome support, epigenetic rebooting, and so much more.

True Longevity Medicine aims to reduce the progression of all 9 Hallmarks of Ageing.

To do this, you firstly need to concentrate on treating the signs of 'subhealth' - those markers we can see BEFORE disease begins - the top 3 being cardiovascular changes (blood pressure/blood lipids. circulation etc), metabolic changes (fatigue, fasting glucose, BMI, fitness etc), and mental state (sleep, stress, friendship issues, mood etc).

I test a large combination of biomarkers and lifestyle/epigentic factors one every Longevity Patient to determining how old they really are on the inside and what their actual healthy lifespan might be.

Interestingly, recent studies found that white-collar workers/middle class suffered the most from subhealth conditons and had 10 years less lifespan on average.

Some scientists are claiming that if you eliminate the top three subhealth issues you have, you will likely gain 15-30 extra healthy years!

Below is a good list to start with - How well you age is determined by how well you live 💪😍

Do you wonder why I bang on about Epigenetics all the time?

Because - apart from disease prevention medicine - it is the area of your ageing that I can have the biggest therapeutic impact to extend your healthy lifespan over 100 years of age. 💯

Your epigenetics can change in response to your behaviours and environment.

"Importantly, emerging evidence strongly suggests that consumption of dietary agents can alter normal epigenetic states as well as reverse abnormal gene activation or silencing. Epigenetic modifications induced by bioactive dietary compounds are thought to be beneficial. Substantial evidence is mounting proclaiming that commonly consumed bioactive dietary factors act to modify the epigenome and may be incorporated into an ‘epigenetic diet’. Bioactive nutritional components of an epigenetic diet may be incorporated into one’s regular dietary regimen and used therapeutically for medicinal or chemopreventive purposes." (article attached in comments)

The most researched and effective epigenetic modifiers I use in my Longevity Clinic -

💥 Sulforaphane
💥 Resveratrol
💥 Curcumin
💥 EGCG from Green tea
💥 Garlic
💥 Soy Isoflavones
💥 Selenium
💥 St Marys Thistle
💥 Olive Oil

Eat and supplement every one of these molecules daily!

So simple - yet so profound!

Processed food destroys your epigenome.

A simple way to start building a powerful epigenetic landscape is to fill your fridge and empty your pantry. 💪😍
