Here’s what to know before your skin needling session:

→ Prepping your barrier is essential. We need the skin calm and balanced before going in with micro-injuries.
→ Post-treatment downtime is real. Expect redness and sensitivity for up to 72 hours.
→ Results come in waves. Collagen production happens after the inflammation stage, so be patient, it’s worth it.

Needling works by triggering the skin’s own regenerative process, which is why it’s one of my favourite tools for acne scarring, pigmentation, and texture.
