Words from our Founder, Jess: when I created Good Living Only it wasn’t just about launching a skincare brand but more about giving myself and other women permission to pause. After years of pushing through burnout and constantly being “on” I craved something softer, something slower and something that reminded me to to create space and to just breathe.

That’s where GLO was born. A simple ritual to come back to yourself. A sheet mask, yes but also a moment to unwind, a reminder to tune in and a tool to calm your nervous system from the outside in.

Because glowing skin starts with how you feel on the inside and self care doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful 💜

Our masks were never meant to be just skincare, they’re a moment, a pause and a small reminder that you’re allowed to slow down 🫶🏽
