Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how many of you are coming into the salon worried about your hair. I’m hearing the same things over and over—hair falling out more than usual, thinning, scalp issues—and honestly, it breaks my heart seeing how much it affects your confidence.

The hard part for me is that I can only treat what’s on your head. I can help improve the condition of your hair, recommend the best products and do everything I can in the salon, but I can’t recommend one magic product that’s going to fix how your hair is growing.

It’s really made me realise that healthy hair starts long before you sit in my chair. What goes on inside your body plays such a big part in the hair you grow.

Because I genuinely care about getting the best results for my clients, I’ve been doing a lot of research into collagen, gut health and supporting healthy hair from within.
