A little beauty industry reality check 🤍
As beauty techs, we have our little things that drive us INSANE 😂 — lash curlers after a lash lift, ignoring aftercare, picking at extensions, turning up late, cancelling last minute, or not respecting booking policies.
But behind every appointment is someone’s time, preparation, products, stock and income.
We ask you to follow your lash and brow aftercare because we genuinely want your results to last and your natural lashes/brows to stay healthy. And we have cancellation, rescheduling and lateness policies because that appointment time has been specifically reserved for YOU.
Think of it this way: if we simply decided not to show up to work for your appointment, you wouldn’t think it was fair to still pay us. The same goes both ways. 🤍
Policies aren’t there to be difficult or make anyone’s day harder — they’re there to protect both you and your beauty tech.
So please read the aftercare, respect the policies, communicate with us and treat our time the same way you’d expect us to treat yours. 🫶🏼
