You may have noticed that your Reflexology treatment at Heaven In A Touch begins with a warm magnesium salt foot soak and finishes with magnesium oil massaged or sprayed onto your feet. 🦶💕

There’s a reason magnesium has become such a popular part of relaxation and self-care rituals.

Magnesium is an essential mineral that our bodies need for hundreds of different processes, including:

🌿 Supporting normal muscle function
🌿 Supporting the nervous system
🌿 Helping the body produce energy
🌿 Supporting healthy bones

I love incorporating magnesium into my treatments because the warm foot soak is the perfect way to slow down, warm and soften the feet and begin that transition from busy everyday life into relaxation mode.

Then, at the end of your treatment, I apply magnesium oil to the feet as a beautiful finishing touch. ✨

While you’ll often hear claims that magnesium is readily absorbed through the skin, research into how much actually enters the bloodstream this way is still limited — so I won’t promise you miracles! 😉

What I can promise is warm feet, some precious time to switch off, and a treatment designed to leave you feeling thoroughly pampered. 💕
