Life looks a little different these days.

ELA has always been such a huge part of who I am, but becoming Levi’s mum has given me a whole new perspective on time, balance and what really matters.

Coming back to clinic was never going to mean jumping straight back into the pace I had before.

For now, I’m choosing slower days, limited appointments and being really intentional with the time I spend here.

I get to be Levi’s mum and still have this little space that I’ve worked so hard to create.

And I’m pretty grateful for both. 🤎

I’ll be going on maternity leave from mid-May and will be returning with reduced appointments from mid-July as we settle into life as a family.⁠
