Still hearing the same old creatine myths?
❌ “It’s basically a steroid.”
❌ “It’s only for bodybuilders.”
❌ “It’ll make me bulky.”
Creatine has been studied extensively, and when used consistently and appropriately, it can support strength, training performance and recovery. 💪
No magic. No shortcut. Just a tool that can support your training when it actually suits your goals.
More research. Less myth.

Training hard but still not seeing the progress you expected?
Sometimes the problem isn’t effort — it’s direction.
A PT can help bring structure to your sessions, sharpen your technique and make sure your training keeps progressing instead of staying on repeat.
Effort gets you tired. Direction gets you results.
Feeling stuck? Have a chat with our PT team and see what could be holding you back.
