This Negroni Week, we’re taking the classic Italian cocktail on a journey with four Gallivanter Gin creations, each bringing something different to the table.

Meet the Classic, Coffee, Cherry and White Negroni. Four distinct expressions of a much-loved cocktail, all with a little Itinerant spirit.

For the curious, our Negroni Flight is the perfect way to wander through all four. Enjoy four half serves for $45, or find your favourite for $22 each.

And for those who prefer to take the journey home, our Classic and Coffee Negronis are available in 700ml bottles for $85.

A classic worth wandering back to.

Negroni Week is here, running 21–27 September, and we’re giving one of the world’s great cocktails a little extra attention.

For the week, you’ll find our Classic Negroni and Coffee Negroni available by the 700ml bottle, both in venue and online, alongside a Negroni flight and a couple of special cocktails making an appearance at the bar.

Bitter, bold, beautifully balanced. There’s a reason the Negroni has spent more than a century finding its way onto bar tops around the world.

Settle in at Itinerant Spirits with cocktails and local spirits, with pizzas available from our neighbours at Grano. Or make an afternoon of it with our bottomless option.

This September, we’re taking the Itinerant journey to North Geelong for the very first Spirited Locals, presented by Vic Distilled.

Bringing together Victorian distillers, hospitality professionals and industry voices, the afternoon is all about celebrating what’s being made right here in our own backyard, with welcome drinks, canapés, a panel discussion, trade tasting and plenty of time to connect over a good pour.

We’ll be joining an incredible line-up of Victorian producers, sharing Itinerant Spirits alongside some of the people shaping our state’s drinks scene.

A story that travelled a long way to get to Ballarat.

On Sunday 4 October, food and w**e writers Richard Cornish and Max Allen arrive at Itinerant Spirits with The True Story of Oysters and Ch*****ne.

Part tasting, part history lesson and part very good yarn, this one-off afternoon journeys back to gold-rush Ballarat, when oysters made their way from Port Phillip by horse and dray to feed wealthy miners, accompanied, naturally, by French Ch*****ne.

Along the way, we’ll taste three local sparkling w**es, freshly shucked oysters harvested from around the Australian coast and a bespoke Itinerant gin cocktail, while Richard and Max uncover the remarkable story of Australia’s native oyster reefs and Ballarat’s rather extravagant relationship with oysters and bubbles.

The sellout show is making its way to Ballarat for one performance only.
