The muscles of the face, scalp, neck, and the base of the skull are closely connected. When tension builds in these areas, it can contribute to headaches, jaw tightness, facial strain, poor posture, restricted circulation, and even accelerated signs of aging.
In this demonstration, I focus on relaxing and stretching key muscles sternocleidomastoid (neck), and the suboccipital muscles at the base of the skull, it’s also important to note when we can encourage healthy blood flow and circulation to these areas this helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to the skin while supporting the removal of waste products, contributing to a brighter, healthier-looking complexion and the result….
