Who would you be if no one ever told you who you were?

07/08/2026

I’ve spent most of my life trying to fix myself.

Turns out, I never actually needed fixing.

The biggest thing I’ve realised over the last six months is that it was never about changing what was happening around me. It was about changing how I was meeting it.

Every time I reacted to someone or something, I was keeping that pattern alive.

Instead of pointing the finger and saying, “They made me feel like this,” I started asking, “Why is this still alive in me?”

Then I’d sit with it. Feel it. Let it move instead of trying to get rid of it.

I found myself in the same kinds of situations over and over, but each time there was a little less charge. A little less story. A little more me.

Until one day… nothing.

The thing that would’ve triggered me before just didn’t.

It was like all the noise had settled, and I could finally hear myself again. Decisions started coming from me, not from old wounds or old patterns.

That’s honestly why the membership is taking longer than I thought. I’ve been in it. Living it. I couldn’t teach something I hadn’t walked all the way through.

In the meantime, I’m still seeing people in person and online.

If any of this lands for you, reach out.

It’s been a wild ride.

One of the best things I learned during my kinesiology training was this:

Anything spiritual has to evolve.

The moment you stop questioning, exploring, and allowing it to grow, you put a lid on it. It stops being alive and starts becoming something that has to be protected instead of experienced.

That’s how teachings become dogma. That’s how movements become cults.

Growth requires evolution.

Thanks, Guy… and whoever you learned that from!

I used to think healing was something someone else gave you.

Now I see it differently.

I don’t believe people need fixing.

I think we all have an incredible ability to find our own way home. Sometimes we just need the space to get quiet enough to hear ourselves again.

That’s the space I love creating.

When people spend time with me, I’m not doing anything to them. I’m simply holding a space where their own system can remember what it feels like to be fully present with itself.

From there, things start to shift on their own.

That’s also why I’m creating an online membership.

A place filled with simple practices, voice notes, videos and tools to help you reconnect with the one person you’ve been looking for all along… you.

It’s still coming together, and I’m taking my time because I’m not amazing at technology. 🤣But, I can’t wait to share it with you!

In the meantime, I’m still working with people one-on-one and through my pop-up sessions.

Online sessions are $100 for 30 minutes.

In-person sessions are $200 for 90 minutes.

Pop-up sessions are $100 and run for around 1.5–2 hours.

Membership $50 per month (when it’s up and running)

My dream is to make this membership free, I don’t want to gate keep this. I’m looking at other creative pursuits to make that happen.

Until then… ya girl’s gotta eat.

If any of this resonates with you, reach out!

I did a thing! I was trying really hard not to make a big deal out of it. You know, another box ticked kinda thing!

But my beautiful friend Liz Inger wouldn’t let me do it alone 🤣🤣

I’m glad she didn’t, it was a riiideeee to get my Auzzie citizenship!

Thanks for having me Oz!!

Acceptance. Acknowledgement. Discovery. Allowing. Being.

I reckon we’ve got it backwards.

We spend so much time trying to change ourselves and everyone around us, when maybe that’s never where the magic was.

Acceptance says,
“This is what’s here.”

Acknowledgement says,
“I see you. I see me.”

Discovery says,
“Hang on… what’s really going on here?”

Allowing says,
“I don’t need to wrestle life to the ground.”

And then…

Being.

No masks.
No performance.
No trying to be more spiritual, more healed, more worthy.

Just you.

Funny how the more I stop trying to control myself and everyone else, the more love shows up.

Not the fluffy, rainbows-and-unicorns kind.

The real stuff.

The kind that lets people be where they are.
The kind that tells the truth without making someone wrong.
The kind that doesn’t need to win.

Maybe that’s what coming home feels like.

Not becoming someone else…

Just finally getting out of your own way.

I’ve been sitting with the word authenticity for a while now.

It’s one of those words that gets used so often that it can lose its depth. But the more I soften, the more I realise authenticity isn’t about expressing more of my personality, it’s about removing everything that isn’t truly me.

I’ve discovered that every time I stop trying to control how I’m seen, every time I let go of needing to know what’s next, every time I become transparent with myself, something extraordinary happens. Life feels lighter. Relationships become more honest. Peace isn’t something I have to chase, it quietly arrives.

Maybe authenticity isn’t a destination or another thing to achieve. Maybe it’s what naturally emerges when we stop performing, stop protecting, and simply allow ourselves to be present.

I’d love to know… what does authenticity mean to you?

Hey everyone! ❤️

You may have noticed that I’m no longer offering kinesiology sessions.

I’m still working with energy, but what I’m offering now isn’t a modality. It’s an invitation to allow more of you.

I’m going to channel my inner hippie from the ’70s for a moment… it’s about oneness, unity, and love. 🌎✨

This isn’t something that can be taught. It’s something that unfolds through presence and is embodied through lived experience.

For now, I’m offering an online membership only. I’ll also be hosting pop-up sessions in different places around the world as the journey unfolds.

The membership is $50 per month.

The website isn’t quite ready yet, but if this resonates with you and you’d like to join, send me a message. I’d love to hear from you.

And… have I got some stories to share with you. ❤️

Love you all so much!

Mary ❤️

This is The One Oil. ✨

The others are complete. This one is everything.

Energetically infused to help you find more of you.

The base is MCT coconut oil, so use it however feels right for you.

I’m still waiting on labels (I’m being very fussy with them!), so it may be a little while yet.

These will retail for $44, but if you’d like one before the labels arrive, you can grab one for $40 + postage.

My website is currently down, so just send me a DM and I’ll get One on its way to you.

The feedback that’s already coming in has been pretty special. 💛

Love,
Mary ☀️
