These are my go-to basics that keep my skin calm, balanced, and happy — even with my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin 💧
1. Cleanse gently — skip harsh scrubs and over-cleansing.
2. Always remove makeup before bed (no excuses 😅).
3. Use lukewarm water — hot water can trigger redness.
4. Hydrate from the inside out — drink your water! 💧
5. Moisturise morning and night (your skin barrier will thank you).
6.SPF every single day — even when it’s cloudy ☁️
7. Keep your hands off your face 🙅‍♀️
8. Simplify your routine — fewer products, better results.
9. Change your pillowcase regularly.
10. Be patient — real skin results come from consistency, not perfection.
