Your Earning Potential
We operate a structured wage and career pathway — so your earning potential is transparent, not a conversation you have to force.
Senior Stylist entry: $28–$31/hr base + performance commissions on service sales, retail, rebook, and average spend
Top performers earn above $70,000/year
Clear progression through Senior to Executive levels — every step up has defined targets, not vague promises
You'll always know what the next level requires and exactly what it pays.
The Role
Full-time or part-time considered
Based at our Aberfoyle Park salon
Experienced senior stylist — minimum 3 years post-qualification
Strong client relationship skills are a must
A genuine team player who lifts the people around them
