Before we introduce something new into our clinic, we believe in understanding the experience from both sides.

A couple of weeks ago, Dr Chris Koulos and Nurse Claire Koulos travelled to Melbourne for further professional training, taking the opportunity to learn, observe and experience the procedure themselves under clinical supervision.

For us, ongoing education isn't simply about learning a technique. It's about understanding the assessment, planning, patient experience, recovery considerations and clinical decision-making that surround it.

Forever our boy, Zeus. 🤍

On 12 September, we said goodbye to our beautiful Zeus after more than 13 years of love, laughter and companionship.

Zeus was the gentlest, most social boy who had so much love to give. He adored people, had the most wonderful sense of humour and brought so much happiness into our lives simply by being himself.

He was a big softie with an even bigger heart, and his presence in our family will be missed more than words can say.

His final chapter wasn’t an easy one, and although saying goodbye has left an enormous space in our hearts, we hope he is finally at peace, free from pain and reunited with his sister, Aphrodite.

Thank you for every year, every laugh and every bit of love you gave us, Zeus.

You were so deeply loved, and you always will be. 🤍

Somehow, this one snuck up on us 🤍

Today marks 3 years since we relocated Burnside Cosmetic to 296 Greenhill Road and, on the very same day, 12 years of marriage for us.

Two milestones that feel very intertwined. Building a business, building a life, and doing both side by side through every season.

We’re incredibly proud of what Burnside Cosmetic has become over the past three years in this space, and so grateful to every patient who has trusted us, supported us and been part of the journey.

3 years at Greenhill Road. 12 years married. And plenty more chapters still to come.
