🌟 Why I’m passionate about calisthenics…

Calisthenics has been part of my life for more than 35 years, and it has shaped who I am both personally and professionally.

I am passionate about this uniquely Australian sport because it develops so much more than physical ability—it builds confidence, resilience, discipline, teamwork and leadership in ways that stay with athletes long after they leave the stage.

I have seen firsthand the incredible impact calisthenics has on young people, empowering them to believe in themselves, strive for excellence and discover what they are truly capable of.

My passion lies in ensuring this extraordinary sport receives the recognition it deserves while creating pathways that allow athletes to dream bigger than ever before.

Through my work, I am committed to elevating calisthenics, celebrating its artistry and athleticism, and inspiring the next generation to embrace a sport that has given me so much throughout my life. 🤍

A little planning goes a long way 📆

If you know me, you know I love being organised.

Between coaching, meetings, running businesses and family life, there are always plenty of moving parts. Having a plan for the week helps me stay focused, make the most of my time and give my full attention to whatever’s in front of me.

Do things always go to plan? Definitely not! But starting each week with a clear direction makes even the busiest days feel more manageable.

Organisation isn’t about being perfect—it’s about setting yourself up for success.

✨ Leadership isn’t about being the loudest in the room.

Over the years, I’ve learnt that the best leaders don’t just teach skills—they build confidence, create opportunities and help others believe in themselves.

Whether I’m coaching athletes, mentoring coaches or running businesses, my goal is always the same: to leave people feeling more capable than when they arrived. 🤍

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about listening, learning and growing alongside the people you lead.

Some days I’m running a practice. Some days I’m running the washing machine on loop! And most days ….. I’m doing both. To every woman who is chasing her dreams while raising little humans - I see you. You are powerful. You are magic. You are a Queen!
