After an injury put a pause on his running, Lincoln turned his focus to strength training and has done an incredible job of showing up, putting in the work, and getting stronger week after week.

Most mornings, before the doors are even open, Rob is already there ready to go. Rain, cold, wind, darkness it doesn’t matter. His consistency over the years has been remarkable.
What stands out most is how exercise has simply become part of who he is. Showing up isn’t something he has to think about anymore it’s just what he does.
Rob is officially the first member to reach 1,500 visits all at the same club, and it’s a milestone that’s thoroughly deserved.
