Take a stand and use your voice to send our government a message that urgent action is needed NOW to stop this forced starvation in Gaza where children are dying every single day.

Reflecting on my 34th lap around the sun, I’ve spent the last year trying to find out who I am after a lifetime trying to be who others wanted me to be. Here are a few non negotiables I’ve decided on:
🐸 No empathy for others? No thanks.
💕 Don’t make excuses for others bad behaviour. I listen when people tell me who they are now.
🫶🏻 Standing strong in my convictions regardless if they’re not popular opinion.
🪻Stop wasting my time on people who continually hurt me and those I love.
🐚 Unmasking my disabilities and living my life more authentically = f**k palatability.
🧜🏻‍♀️ Be unapologetically weird.
🥥 Bras should not be mandatory for others comfort.

Today is Day 1 of my month long fast for Ramadan. 🍉🇵🇸

For so long I have felt so helpless and like there was nothing I could do except sit and watch as the most inhumane atrocities happen under the false guise of “God”, and not the reality; the final battle to eradicate people indigenous to a land that is rich in oil and trade potential. Why have a platform if I can’t use it for good?

Before you try to quote the news and media at me, I beg you to please educate yourself and look at the facts and proof. Look at what the news ISN’T telling you and ask yourself, are Palestinian children less deserving to live than my own?

I have created a fundraiser to try and raise money and more importantly awareness for the women and children being starved, r***d and bombed by the Israel government. I won’t tell my children in 20 years time that I was complicit in a second holocaust.

I will be donating the funds raised to my beautiful friend Sana Saleh with the Human Concern International who will be in Turkey visiting children in hospital who have been evacuated from Gaza and are awaiting treatment for their amputated limbs, third degree burns and worse. It also goes to helping them stay and start a life outside of Palestine.

I am proud to be a woman… but I understand that being a woman is hard. So hard for so many women all around the world.
So each day I try to be the best woman I can be; strong, brave, wise, resourceful, kind, and most importantly I try to be the best I can be to other women around me.

There are many forms of domestic abuse, each as important as the next. These include, Physical, Verbal, Psychological, Sexual, Financial and Isolation.

There are so many resources online so I beg you all to read up on the signs to look for and really LISTEN when your friends come to you to talk about even the smallest things. You never know when you might save a life.
