I love giving my team amazing opportunities like this. It’s been a busy few months and I never got around to sharing our amazing education day with Amanda Lea Magistro from salon Elm.

It’s always so good to step away from our regular day-to-day in the salon, get inspired and learn from some of the best in our industry.

Amanda is absolutely kicking goals with her content at the moment and creating the most beautiful transformations, so we were incredibly excited to spend the day with her, picking her brain, learning and taking away lots of fresh ideas to bring back into the salon.

There’s always something new to learn in this industry, and I love being able to give our team opportunities like this.

Last Sunday we spent the most beautiful afternoon at Never Never Distillery and Chalk Hill.

Spending time with my team outside of the salon and being able to spoil them a little honestly fills my heart with so much love and gratitude.

We all work incredibly hard, and it’s moments like these that I truly enjoy. Slowing down, having a laugh, sharing some beautiful food and drinks, and just enjoying each other’s company.

So grateful for this team and everything we are creating together. ❤️
