Om Namah Shivaya is one of the most ancient mantras dedicated to Shiva , the Hindu deity associated with transformation, dissolution and renewal.

Shiva reminds us that destruction and creation are not necessarily opposites. Things have to break down for something new to take form. We see this in nature, in the changing seasons, in our own lives and in the work of alchemy.

Alchemy itself is built around this process.
Dissolution, separation and purification before recombination.

The aim isn't to return to the the state it was before. Through the process something new emerges, elevated beyond its original state.

Blue £otus

A flower with a long relationship to ritual, beauty and altered states of awareness.

It has been traditionally used to soften the edges of the waking mind, inviting a quieter more receptive state.

A plant ally for moments of reflection, meditation and sensual exploration.

A deeply heart-centred teacher associated with emotional healing, intuition and the subtle realms.

Deeply relational to music, song and emotional expression, her teachings speak of softness, compassion and the courage to feel deeply again.

AFRICAN DREAM BEAN

A visionary teacher of the astral world, inviting us to journey throgh our inner terrain.

Traditionally worked with to support vivid and lucid dreaming, dream recall and a deeper understanding of dream symbolism, African Dream Bean is also associated with ancestral dreaming and the memories, imagery and wisdom that may emerge through our dreams.

SINICUICHI

A teacher of perception, inviting us to question the boundaries between what we see, what we remember and what we believe to be real.

Traditionally associated with altered awareness, memory and unusual sensory experiences, particularly sound, Sinicuichi asks us to look again, listen more closely and become curious about the many layers through which reality is perceived.

One of the oldest plants of devotion.
Across cultures and centuries Rose has been woven through ritual, sacred scent, herbalism and tending to the heart.

In herbal tradition Rose is associated with softening and restoring where there is tension or emotional depletion.

Energetically she belongs to Venus. Love, beauty, sensuality, receptivity and the heart.

Rose is regarded as being the highest frequency flower ever recorded, vibrating at 320 MHz. For comparison humans vibrate at 60-72 MHz.

Rose moves through many of our preparations.
