~Cancellation Policy~

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours notice before your appointment is to occur to avoid a cancellation fee.
If last minute cancellations occur on multiple occasions, I may require a booking fee which is non-refundable upon failure to attend or will be taken off your service when you attend.

~Lateness Policy~

Please arrive on time for your appointment, as failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.
Please call or text if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late so I can advise you on whether to attend your appointment.
