A very vulnerable post about my own skin journey 🥺👉🏼👈🏼
These photos are such a personal reminder of just how far my skin has come.
My skin didn’t change because of one facial, one product or one “quick fix”. It changed because I stayed consistent with my treatments, my home care, my skin appointments, my lifestyle and, most importantly, by giving my skin the time it needed to actually respond.
There were definitely moments where I felt frustrated, had flare ups and felt like nothing was changing. But skin is a journey, and it’s rarely perfectly linear.
The biggest thing I’ve learnt through my own skin is that consistency really is everything.
Regular treatments + the right home care + a plan that is actually tailored to your skin is where the real change happens.

I think something the work world misses sometimes is celebrating people through every season.
