Ulli Noa So We
Our RINGANA life.
~Ringana is different, so are we.~
Also wird man lieber kleiner, freiwillig, bevor’s jemand anderer tut.
🇬🇧 For the longest time I thought I just wasn’t the ambitious type. Which is funny, because the ambition was clearly there. I was just constantly ashamed of it.
I think a lot of us know this from somewhere. That a woman who wants more gets called „too much“ pretty fast. So you shrink yourself first, on purpose, before anyone else can. Call it humble. Call it grateful. I spent years saying I was fine with what I had, without ever asking myself what I actually wanted.
And the strange thing is, once I started building something of my own, the work was never the problem. The problem was that voice in my head. The one that asks who you think you are.
At some point I realised I wasn’t born with that voice. It was taught to me. And things that are taught can be unlearned.
Wanting more isn’t greedy. Honestly, it’s probably the most honest thing about you.
When was the last time you wanted something & immediately felt the need to justify it? Tell us in the comments and let’s change that together. 👇

HER TURN. HER IMPACT.

🇬🇧 We women talk about money far too rarely. About this side of it, almost never… Economic abuse is one of the most common and quietest forms of violence, and still, hardly anyone has heard of it. We’re not posting this to scare you, but because financial independence is so much more than a full bank account.
It’s being able to say no. To leave. To decide for yourself what your life looks like.
And yes, that’s why we also talk about money here, about your own income, about ways to protect yourself.
💞 Save this. And send it to a woman who deserves to stand on her own.

🇬🇧 If you felt this in your chest, you’re not behind. You’re just done running on a schedule that was never yours.
Send this to the friend who’s quietly comparing herself right now. She needs to hear it too. 💗
🇬🇧 Turns out the scariest part was never not knowing. It was pretending I had to know, just to keep up with everyone else.
Send this to the friend who’s putting that same pressure on herself. 🫰
🇬🇧 And since people ask so often how the income actually works, honestly: it doesn’t grow by just pulling as many people as possible into a team. It grows when real people find products that genuinely suit them, and that they love using as much as I do. Without that, nothing happens at all. That’s what makes the whole difference for me.
So go ahead: what’s holding you back, or what makes you skeptical? Tell me in the comments or by DM, we’ll answer every single one. 🫰
Also trau dich: Was hält dich zurück oder macht dich skeptisch?

🇬🇧 I think courage can be passed down. Woman to woman, generation to generation.
Who’s the woman who showed you that more is possible than women are often allowed? Tag her or send it to her, she should know you thought of her. 🥰

🇬🇧 I don’t think there’s one right path. I even saw early on that other ways existed, and still spent years not believing they counted for me. What does freedom look like for you, truly personal, not the Instagram one? Tell us in the comments. 🫰

What are you actually waiting to feel before you start?
👉 Because it’s not coming. I lost a good stretch of my twenties waiting for it anyway. I thought there’d be a morning I’d wake up finally qualified to lead the thing my family spent 27 years building, that the self-doubt would pack its bags and leave, and then I’d begin. That morning doesn’t exist. You don’t grow into readiness on the sidelines. You grow into it mid-sentence, mid-mistake, mid-showing-up-anyway.
My grandmother started this in 1999. My mum joined weeks later, a single mother at a time when doors were closing in her face, and this one opened. I came in at 18 and inherited all of it, the history and the weight and the quiet expectation that I’d know what I was doing. I didn’t. For years I did presentations where I could feel my own uncertainty sitting in the room like a fourth person, waiting to feel like the woman I was already pretending to be.
Here’s the part nobody tells you. The waiting isn’t neutral. It looks like patience, like getting your ducks in a row first. But it’s the most expensive thing you’ll ever do with your time. Every month you spend feeling not-ready, someone with half your reasons and twice your nerve is just going. Building it. Making the mess. Getting it slightly wrong and correcting in real time, while you’re still drafting the perfect first move.
Ready isn’t a feeling. It’s a choice, and a radical one for a woman to make, because we’re trained to wait for permission we should have just taken. But the freedom you actually want over your own time and money doesn’t start with certainty. It starts with a yes you make while your hands are still shaking.
So say it nervous. Say it before you feel entitled to. That flutter in your chest isn’t a warning, it’s proof that it matters.
The door’s been open this whole time. I’ll be right here when you walk through it. 🫰

Warum du so handelst. Warum du so denkst.
