Gua sha massage for the neck and décolleté

3 tips when you start using a gua sha tool:

1. Open your lymph node channels with 5 pumps in each area.
2. Use an oil or cream so the tool glides well and does not drag the skin.
3. Always move the gua sha from the center of your face outward, then toward the lymph node channels, repeating each movement 5–10 times.
