We are looking for a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate must also have experience assisting with hair services.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician (manicures, pedicures, nail art, etc.)
• Hair assistant experience is a MUST (shampooing, blow-drying, prepping clients, etc.)
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Valid state license/certifications as required

Client Concern: The client previously had a keratin treatment and hair color done elsewhere, but unfortunately ended up with uneven and patchy color. A noticeable dark band was visible near the roots, as seen in the video. Since her hair has keratin, we needed to approach the correction process with extra care to avoid causing damage. Instead of using bleach, we used a specialized product designed to safely remove and correct hair color. Thankfully, the issue was successfully resolved. We also added a bit of contouring to subtly lift her color level without compromising the integrity of her hair, and the client was very happy with the result 😍
