As you head for your goals, you are never left alone. Having no time is no longer an excuse. More and more people dread long training sessions. Time is a scarce commodity nowadays. This is why electric muscle stimulation (EMS) is all the rage, since it gets the results you want faster. Efficiency without compromise. EMS stands for Electric Muscle Stimulation. From a technical point of view, it is a full body training exercise using impulse current. EMS training is highly useful for developing both strength as well as muscular development, but also for weight-loss. EMS uses the body’s natural process of voluntary muscular contractions with “optimal” electrical impulses. To activate your muscles (contractions) your brain sends electric impulses through the central nervous system to your muscles. This natural effect is additionally intensified with the EMS device to enhance the muscular contractions. The EMS device can address and stimulate all muscles groups individually and separately. Your personal fitness trainer will adjust the impulse intensity that suits your fitness level and supports your individual training goals. EMS works directly on the muscles, thus there’s no limit to the percentage of fiber that can be activated. We achieve with EMS more than 90% of the muscle fibers at the same time during each contraction – and all in only 20 minutes training time! We attend to you individually at every training session to reach your goals. All of our personal trainers are qualified and certified by highest German standards.
